Dave made some incredible changes during the 2008 Body Transformation Challenge.
Not only did he lose over 14kg but he also increased his push-ups by over 40. He was very committed to making some big changes

Toni was our first 2005 Body Transformation Challenge WINNER.
Toni had never been to a gym before signing up for the program and now she can't imagine a life without exercise.
She lost 15.7kg during the 12 weeks and doubled her cardiovascular fitness. She also went from 3 push-ups on her knees to 20 full push-ups on her toes.
To this day Toni continues to work along side TEAM Fitness with weekly personal training and looks and feels amazing!

Kelly was a finalist in the 2008 Body Transformation Challenge.
She made a commitment to her trainer at the beginning of the program that she would follow it perfectly and give it 100% of her efforts for the entire 12-weeks.
For Kelly this meant making some drastic changes with her diet and for the first time in years, getting physically active.
Kelly worked tirelessly 6-days a week in the gym and pushed all her boundaries in her PT sessions. She's never looked back!

Josh was our 2007 Body Transformation Challenge WINNER.
He lost 28.3cm around the waist; 14.2cm around the hips and 8.53% total body fat.
His strength went from 4 push ups to 17 push-ups and he doubled his cardiovascular fitness.
Josh's flexibility also dramatically improved by 22cms in the Sit and Reach Test which has completely eliminated his lower back pain and tightness.
