The 2010 Body Transformation Challenge is back and running for a 6th year.  

This year we have made some exciting changes to the program including specific weight-loss and muscle building programs, and more refined Nutrition Plans to ensure YOU get the results YOU desire.    

 The program is a total body transformation program, not just a weight loss plan. So if your goal is to tone up, bulk up, loose fat or just create a healthier lifestyle, this program can help you get that!

The Body Transformation Challenge  is focused on improving all aspects of your health & fitness. 

You will notice dramatic changes in you body composition, strength, flexibility and your aerobic endurance; you will also see improvements in crucial health specific areas such as blood pressure and cholesterol.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, or a trained athlete YOU can benefit from the results the Body Transformation Challenge produces.

In past years we’ve had hundreds of people participate who’ve never stepped foot in a gym prior to starting the program, and on the other hand we’ve had frequent gym goers participate because they’ve been frustrated at the lack of results, despite spending hours and hours slogging it out in the gym.
