Nutrition Plan:

Depending on your goals (weight-loss or muscle building) you will be given a Nutrition Plan that outlines your daily kilojoule (kJ) requirements, as well as your menus, recipes and snack ideas so there is no guess work involved. 

24/7 Support:

If you are having difficulty or want to ask any questions we are available by phone and email to provide you with that constant support to get your desired goals.

Presentation Night:

All participants receive tickets to the final presentation night where you are presented with your report and winners are announced.

On the night we have food and drinks for everyone (healthy, of course!)
